Speedway’s Official Historian Reflects On Radio Career

–An 8 minute conversation with Donald Davidson, the official Historian for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, on the evolution of his broadcasting career.

It is part of Central Indiana’s rite of spring in audio form.

Marking the calendar this time each year for Hoosiers are these sounds:  lawn mowers, tornado sirens, and the British accent of a racing savant on the radio.  When you hear these, you know it is May in Indianapolis!
